  These guys have been amazingly professional through this whole process. Our A/C went out at the tail end of the hit weather season. Zeke came out to our house and instead of selling us a new unit right there he suggested we wait until February when specials run. This advice alone saved us $800. When his guys came out they were extremely polite and made sure to leave my house just as clean or better than they found it. They explained everything they were doing, and left me all the phone numbers I would need if I had an issue. Buying a new furnace and/or A/C sucks but if you have to do it, I would 100% recommend doing it through Ducts in a Row.

  They came twice. I payed already for the weekend call the second time they came I PAYED THEM! They added too much coolant. Had to call someone else to come fix it. Now it actually works. They are still wanting me to pay them. I rather call someone else next time. I would’ve gave zero stars but I can’t. 😁

  I called in for an AC repair and the technician was here within 30 minutes! He explained what the issue was and got it quickly fixed. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ducts In A Row!
