  We take all our business here now. We used to go to Madison WI sad to say it will be a cold day in hell before we go back. Dubuque Thermo King has treated us great the last two years and plan on staying with them for our TriPack Service.

  Fixed my apu when it had something kind of extensive wrong with it, a broken wire of some sort. Been a week and it’s been running fine since then. Could improve on the waiting lounge, as the chairs are pretty uncomfortable if you have to sit for a while. But they do have a keurig machine with free coffee and hot chocolate.

  I have been going there for years and they ALWAYS treat me right. I will drive out of my way to get my truck there. Quick and accurate diagnosis and reasonable shop fees.
