Drum Oli and Propane has been a valuable partner and vendor in my life since I moved into the area. Besides the many programs they have for Propane delivery, Drum has been the company that has replaced my heating system- air-conditioning system and hot water heater in the past few years. The people within the organization are experts in upgrading these important systems but also are exceptionally trustworthy!!!

Called in January 2022 (not sure of the exact date) to report the spell of propane outside our home. I was told it was a super busy day due to the extreme temperatures, which I understood. I was told a technician would contact me by the late afternoon. Within about three hours I received a call back that he would be there shortly. I believe his name was Travis. I have two tanks, one for the house and one for the garage. After some testing on both it was determined that one tank did have a leak. The unit regulator (I may have the wrong name) was replaced and pressure tested. I am extremely happy with Drum Oil and Propane service. Their customer service and repair are top notch.

We have used Drum Oil & Propane for over 20 years. We have never had an issue with propane delivery or with the repair/maintenance of our furnace/hot water units. The Drum family and staff are a pleasure to do business with.
