  Fantastic service from Drake. Furnace went out during one of those cold nights. Drake was able to dispatch a tech the same day to get me functional, and the full furnace replacement was scheduled very promptly. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, upgraded my unit to a more efficient and cost-saving model, and were courteous through the whole process. Nick, Josh, and Dillon are excellent techs!

  All of the team involved from beginning to end were very professional. Donnie from sales seemed to be very honest, trustworthy, and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the equipment purchased. I received 3 quotes and drake was the median. The cheapest company could not tell me what equipment I would actually be receiving. Even the person handing the office administration and scheduling was nice and happy when we talked over the phone. Drake’s install team was able to install the AC and furnace in one day and only a few days after purchase. The 3 guys on the install team were professional in work performance and conduct. Their attitude, respect, and language would rival any place of business. I was impressed by their conduct from arrival to departure. I definitely recommend giving this company a chance.

  Drake was wonderful to work with. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took great care in the install of my new furnace and heat pump and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!
