  Very long story short and horrible customer service later....my mother had heating installed 1 year ago. In that time she has been with out heat for the 4th time as of yesterday morning. She woke up to a 40 degree house. So 4pm rolls around and someone finally shows up. He checks over the furnace and tells her he isn't sure what the issue is, would you like me to service it? So naturally she says yes, believing that is what was needed to fix the heat being out again. THEN he proceeded to hand her a effing bill for doing a service call on a unit they installed and which they have been called back for multiple times. What a sad sad way to conduct business in that manner when a customer believes you are there to fix your mistake. Totally disgusting and shameful and this needs to be shared.They also neglected to give us our grates for the vents since they put it in and claim they have given us 2 sets. I would never recommend these clowns to anyone.

  Very sorry to hear this. Service isn't a free option. The call down to a running furnace was free. Since installing this system we have been there every time you called our office COMPLETELY out of control, swearing and acting a fool. We are always happy to help your mother out as she knows and as we discussed yesterday!! Such a sweet woman. The grates (again multiple trips cause you didn't know what you wanted) were left because you didn't have your sheet rock done. So AGAIN we came every time you called acting belligerent. Now that everything is settled we thank your mom for being such a great customer and will no longer respond to childish behavior SCREAMING, SWEARING then hanging up on our office girls. Take care and may the next company you use be everything you wanted and more!!! All of our best and Merry Christmas!!!!!

  They did a nice job fast. I had some trouble, but was fixed fast it was my wifi Thermostat they put new one on and is ok good job done

  They went above and beyond to install a new Steam Boiler for my aging mother (who says they're "an answer to a prayer" following an estimate from another contractor). Not only were they able to install a new boiler within an old system, but also repaired some rusting pipes and swapped out thermostat. Furthermore, they shoveled out her driveway to complete the work (it was winter 2020 and we had a foot of snow that week), and didn't break their necks going up and down the old sagging cellar stairs. As a bonus, the quote came in lower than we expected and Jeremy was quite responsive with calls and emails.
