  Honest, reliable, on the customer's side. My tech patiently answered my barrage of questions about how to cool my upstairs as economically as possible. He never made me feel as obsessive as I'm sure I seemed. When it comes to competence with my heating/AC systems, there's not a doubt in my mind. I have the impression that these folks want the best for me and aren't trying to rip me off. I'll recommend Dragon Heating & AC Inc to everyone.

  I was able to book a next day appointment. Ken diagnosed the issue quickly, and scheduled the repair after acquiring the parts for a day and a half later. Arrived on time, thoroughly explained their process, warranty information, and preventive measures. I highly recommend this service and will continue to use them in the future. Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual.

  We initially called for someone to look at our boiler because our C02 reader was reading 88 PPM. The first company who came out told us we had to get our boiler replaced, which was quoted at $8,000+. We called Dragon Heating & AC for a second opinion. Ken, the owner came out on a Saturday and walked us through everything he was doing and what he saw. He cleaned our boiler and replaced the pilot for a really, really great price. Our boiler is already working great. Ken was really friendly and funny, but very professional. I am so glad we called and we will definitely call them for any needs in the future. We highly recommend and trust this company.
