Our AC went out on sat morning, with 112 degree temps predicted for tomorrow. Brad arrived quickly, was professional and efficient, repaired our AC with parts he had on hand, and saved the day. Thank you, and would highly recommend!

Called Wednesday as our furnace was acting strange, they were friendly and able to get us scheduled within 2 days (other companies were booked out for 1-2 weeks). The technician showed up today he was extremely professional, on time, and did it for a reasonable price. We will continue to do business with Dr. HVAC.

Technician showed up late and then tried to charge an extra 68 dollars for difficult access. Was never told about this extra charge when making the appointment. Had to send the guy away because I didn't have the money at the time. Waste of time. Will make next appointment with another company. Update: the company definitely has proved to me they really care about customer service and will be doing the maintenance now free of charge. Will use this company from here on out.

Hello Ashley Byrd. I can appreciate your concern over the pricing structure which it appears you were not informed in advance. I do apologize on behalf of the Company for putting you in that position. This is certainly an error on our part from the point of scheduling the appointment. We do have an additional fee for attic/crawl space access as it does take our technicians additional time to locate and get to the equipment that they will be working on. Typically we ask while setting up the appointment where the equipment is in order that we can quote the proper charges that may apply. It seems that step was missed. We would like to make this up to you by offering you a free diagnostic as well as no charge for the difficult access. We wish to earn your business. Please feel free to contact me directly.
