Bill's Appliance referred to this company as one of their technicians needed to take a medical loa. Our Kitchen Aid Microwave took a dive south. So far I am unimpressed. I called on Saturday and talked to l lady that inferred that the scheduler would contact me I gave my phone number, I waited and waited and waited.I finally got tired of waiting and called their main number and got the answering service, so I asked the lady if calling them Monday morning and what were the hours, I was appalled when she told she did not know the hours. I plan on calling Bill's first and explain what happened and see if they can provide me another company. Jim the Bill's representative who referred to DP. He said they were a good company, so accessed their website and left a semi snarky message and we'll see what happens

Doyle and his long time employee replaced our LG refrigerator door that had been damaged by a prior contractor in our home. Of course it was the left hand door with the built in ice maker, water dispenser and other electronics so it was not an easy job. The open door surgery went well and our refrigerator finally functions properly again. Thanks for taking on our challenging repair. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the ease of communication.

Back in December our dishwasher door broke and would just fall open. Doyle Patton Service fixed the door, but then something inside the dishwasher started clunking and making loud noises when run. They came back out and had to order another part. By February this was still not fixed and we scheduled them to come out one morning to do so. At the last minute they said they would come in the afternoon instead of the morning, but we had already arranged with work to be at home in the morning and could not be home in the afternoon. So, once again we had to reschedule. Today they called to confirm they would be here at 2pm and did not arrive until 3:20pm. He called us into the kitchen to tell us that the dishwasher was just going to be noisy now and when I said it was clunky and loud, instead of just a vibration as he was trying to say, he just picked up his stuff and walked out of my house. A conversation was not had. No discussion of the causes or options to get rid of the clunking sound was had. He just left. The lack of professionalism is something I have not experienced with any of the companies I've used over my lifetime of owning three homes.
