  The customer service experience with all Taylor heating and cooling located on 25e. Laura that works at the front desk is very helpful they came and repaired my heating unit the same day. Most definitely recommend this place

  Install was good had a thermostat issue a few years ago never got a chance to take it to them first time they had to go over the whole system and diagnose the problem even though I had asked them to check the thermostat first charged me over a hundred dollars even though I was still under warranty today I finally got a chance to run it up to them only to find out that they misspelled my last name not only for them but for my warranty as well they won't replace it even though they can clearly see that they had to reprogram it a long time ago I won't ever do business with them again and strongly recommend that if you do don't work over the road
