Everyone we dealt with at Dowdy was professional, polite and knowledgeable. They understood the urgency of our unit going out during the extreme heat and were quick to jump on the job and get us up and running with a new unit at a very fair price. I will definitely be using and recommending them to anyone who asks from this point forward!

They were great to deal with! One HVAC company told us that our system couldn’t be temporarily fixed to hold us over until our new unit was installed. Luckily we called Brad for a second opinion! He came out and temporarily fixed our unit so that we didn’t lose TWO MONTHS of rental income! He did the fix and then we hired him to replace the old unit as well. Very happy with their service.

Had a new system installed last. The cooling went out, I have attempted to call the business, email the business, text and call Brad Guthrie, no response at all. Most numbers listed for this alleged HVAC are now non working numbers. Don't waste your time with this company..

Hi Mark! I'm sorry if we caused any confusion. Our numbers or emails haven't changed at all. I did get a new cell number for personal reasons. We did how ever get moved into our new office located at 5330 Hwy 70 W in Morehead City around that time. We would have come out to you to fix any issues you may have had.
