  Our HOA and Residents have worked with Bill Down’s Mechanical for several years. A few words of recommendation: Bill and His team really cares about the work and doing things right. Bill is a man of his word, does what he says. His team of plumbers possess those same characteristics. Their “can do” attitude and problem solving skills has helped us fix some difficult plumbing challenges in a timely fashion. Bill, as the owner, is hands on in providing practical guidance to insure the quality of the work. We highly recommend Bill Downs Mechanical.

  Bill Downs of Down’s Mechanical was able to meet with me promptly and give me a quote for replacing an aging cast iron boiler and gas fired water heater with a new 96% efficient wall mounted condensing boiler and indirect water. We had the work scheduled and the install took place without any issues. I’m very satisfied with the results and am looking forward to a winter with our new heating system.

  Stop searching, just call Downs Mechanical, for top notch service! After dealing with unresolved plumbing and heat issues for several weeks, Downs responded - same day - and had us back in business. This after calling several other companies in town that did not respond at all. Downs even brought needed parts to the job site, first trip. Bill and his crew made it possible for our next guests to stay in comfort! Highly recommended!
