Ignition that costs $20 online and they sell it for $40 in other local places. This location wants $65 for it and they were laughing when I asked why is it so much here. I understand that a local business can’t compete with online whole dealers but this place is ridiculously expensive.

Bought a hot surface igniter to replace the broken one in my furnace, got home late and took it out of the box to test it before installing. Only to find it failed the continuity test. The store was closed at this point, so I figure probably a faulty part. Brought it into the store to discover that part of the coil was broken. They refused to take the part back, claiming he couldn’t warranty it out. I ask how he didn’t know it wasn’t sold broken or a manufacturer defect, said it wasn’t possible because of how it sits in the box. If though that doesn’t mean it wasn’t broken at the manufacturer and shipped to his store in that manner. Make sure you check your parts before leaving this store...because they will use any excuse to avoid a refund/exchange. That will be the last dime they get from me.

After I called ahead and asked for them to wait a few minutes as I was stuck in traffic I was told no we close at 5. So I hauled ads and I pulled in the lot at 4:58 only to find the employees in their cars leaving. I pointed out on my phone that it was a minute to 5. The manager yelled through a partially opened window " it's 5 n we leave at 5" then drove off. I promise you I will never spend another penny of mine here. Would rather drive an hour and give my business to a company who puts it customers first than to set foot in this store again. That was quite possibly the rudest treatment I have ever received. If this is how you treat customers I cannot believe you've been open as long as you have an assure you that if you keep treating people this way you won't be in business much longer. If your planning a trip here soon I strongly suggest going elsewhere. People like this don't deserve to be in business. Oh yea I went as far as offering 20 extra for someone to...n they knew I was on my way and still closed their doors early. Real nice.
