  Let me explain my rating, I subtract stars based on the parts I don't like, so starting at 5 star the had my part and where friendly enough, one star is taking away because the price for the part is about twice as much as I could order it online, but they pretty much know if you're there for a heater part in the middle of the winter, you're kinda of a barrel, which I get but wow. The next star down is because when they found the part, I asked how much it was, the guy at the computer, which screen is non visible for the customer, called over another worker and pointed at the screen and asked, and I quote, "what do you think" .... Ok, In my mind, Shouldn't' the parts be pre-priced... And not a let's talk between coworkers and figure out how much to charge a person. To me, and I could be wrong, but by doing that, it seemed like they figured that days temperature, plus my urgency for the part, into raising the price because they knew I had no choice.
