  I'm unsure how or why any customer service driven company would ever conduct business the way this company does. Apparently answering their phone is not part of whatever service they provide. Since I can't reach anyone, delivering fuel clearly isn't either. I've even filled out a web form and left a message with their answering service because at least they answer the phone. Sadly, I'm a current customer who has been slowly running out of fuel but can't even speak to anyone to get on the schedule. With this storm coming, we will see what happens if I run out. I've already contacted 2 lawyers that have advised there is definitely an avenue to pursue legally. I have never sued a company before but if my elderly mom ends up suffering because they are neglectful, I will gladly make them my first. I am switching companies as soon as I can find one. Just terrible business.

  Can never get ahold of anyone the phones are always down... when you get home 2 days before Christmas and get a bill for 5.999 a gallon when coworkers and friends all pay under 3$ per gallon

  I called to get propane on 11-18-19, I was told it would be delivered on Friday 11-22-19 but that never happend. The sad part about it, it's the second time this has happend. Hopefully will be here Monday. So I got my delivery on Saturday 11-23-19, when I looked I my bill the propane price was $5.08 a gallon, needless to say I was shocked by the price. So I started going through my old receipts and by the looks of it im pretty sure they've ripped me off a few times. So folks check your bills and make sure they're accurate!

  Dear Michael, We thank you for sharing your feedback. When looking at your account, you are on will call basis with us and it shows you requested a delivery to be scheduled on 11/18/2019. At that time we told you we would be out on 11/22/2019 but did not make it until Saturday 11/23/2019. You certainly should have received a phone call to let you know that we would not be coming until Saturday. We do everything we can to keep to our schedule but unfortunately sometimes in the winter it can be a challenge. Your price per gallon is based on the 33 gallons of LP that you average a year. We would be glad to discuss that with you personally at your convenience. I do see that we have waived the hazmat fee for you as well. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we thank you for sharing your feedback. Please give us a call if there is anything we can do to help.
