  We have had Dowdy work on our furnace a few times now. They are always quick to come out, very fair on their pricing, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Eric really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him! :D

  I own a rental property management company in Boise and Dowdy has been out go-to HVAC company for about 5 years. On average, we have Dowdy service about 2 furnaces/AC per month. They always do excellent work, fast response, very professional, and great pricing. I have had them work on the furnace at my house on 2 occasions and have nothing but great things to say about them.

  I called and I was belittled and talked sternly to by the woman answering the phone. I asked a question and she interrupted by yelling NO NO NO when she didn't like my question. Keep it classy Dowdy
