We called the co in May 2021 to come out and diagnose my ac unit. Response was same day, and he returned the next day to complete the repair. This original repair cost was $3000.00. Included in this I was told was the repair as well as a cleaning for my 2nd ac unit. The ac was repaired as agreed, but related to the cleaning, he said it was Mother's Day and he needed to get home to celebrate with his wife. I said fine as he made a promise that he would return the following week to complete the service. Since he had good reviews, I thought that we were in good hands. BIG mistake being so trusting! Fast forward to the next week, nothing, a week or two later my husband reaches out, we hear some excuses with a promise to get to out to us. During the next 4 months we exchange emails and texts with continued excuses, COVID, too busy, and then hits us with, elderly people and their air issues are more important than completing our service. Each time we are told to expect a response next week. Sept 27th the ac unit that he was supposed to return and clean, stops cooling. Again, I email and get this story, they have been busy and the return trip to clean the 2nd unit must have been missed. Apologies, apologies, then says he will be out this week. It is then that I learn that the 2nd ac cleaning was not included, and it would be extra. He tells me that I misunderstood the billing invoice and that my additional ac cleaning was not part of that bill. Final straw! I reached out to another co, and they responded next day at my request, fixed the issue. Now both are running fine. Look I am not an unreasonable person, and I certainly understand unforeseen delays, it just seemed like he got his money and didn't care to come back and complete the service. So, if you are looking for an ac co to service your units, and you like paying for a repair and then hounding them for any promised return trips, this company is right up your alley. If you prefer to pay for the services and get them done in a timely manner, well I would search elsewhere! S.Jenkins In response to the owners comments I will say this. We were fully prepared to pay extra for my son's ac. We were under the impression that the 3000.00 included the cleaning of the other ac at our home. Our bad for this misunderstanding. Had we been given the opportunity to discuss that ac unit being an additional cost we would have paid for it, as it needed to be done regardless. We were gracious enough to allow you to schedule the cleaning for a week later and then of course irritated when you didn't show up. Sadly this would go on for over 4 months until the other ac needed service and I had to reach out to a different company. The excuses we got along the way (May 8th to present) were unfortunate, but were still excuses. Please do not act like we had not reached out more than once to find out when you would be back. We were more than accommodating and understood that things happen, delays, etc. However, it becomes clear when you are being blown off. Taking the cost out of this service out of the conversation, it would seem to me that waiting on a scheduled visit for more than 4 months is extreme. Again, my issues w/your service are not nor have they ever been cost based. Your lack of urgency to come and attend to the other unit was the chief problem. I see at least one other person has had integrity issues with your company, so I will leave it at that.

S.Jenkins, you all paid for an installation as agreed. Work was done everything working as needed. After the install you requested that we service and clean your 2nd system on your home and also your son’s system on his home that lives across the street from you. I stated I could do that for you all at a later date. I never told you that the service and cleanings for the additional systems was included in the price of your install. You started saying that you already paid for the additional services for the other systems when you paid for your installation and you did not. Once I made it clear to you that the service for the other systems was not free and there was going to be a charge, now it became a problem. You are absolutely right, I do agree with you when you say we all need to do our homework before dealing with and trying to help people. That really does go both ways.
