  fixed our heater and worked with our home warranty! Family owned and operated! Mike was awesome! He came out this past winter and I just forgot to write them a fantastic review! Basically diagnosed it over the phone! Very good company and people!

  My heat was out so I called and needed someone to help with my heating unit the same day. The man on the phone told me they had a really busy schedule and probably couldn't get to me the same day but when I told him I had a sick baby at home he said he'd call me right back. They ended up coming about 2 hours later, fixed the problem quickly within an hour and was very nice and professional. Would def recommend Douglas Heating and Air.
