Even though our project is still ongoing, I could not be more pleased with DR. This has to be the best company around! Jason has been amazing and the plumbers did a superb job! The office staff have responded to all our phone calls and they even send you an email when the crew was heading our way! I would highly recommend DR!".

You should call them First Call Doug, because unlike the competition - these people should be your first call! - Professional from start to finish, with the estimate for this install coming in far below the competition (Stay away from the actual company that's called "First Call ...", their estimate was $4000 higher, it was insulting how they try to price gouge people!) Matt Blair & Josh Allison from Doug's Repair installed a garage heater for me, and I could not have been more impressed with their work. From the initial conversation when they arrived, to verifying the install location and angles with me as they progressed on the install, they were a step above the competition. They installed a new gas line and regulator, vent through my ceiling and roof, and attached it all to an 80,000 BTU heater in my garage that Doug's Repair allowed me to source myself! Heater started up the first try and has been working flawlessly. This was a hassle free experience thanks to Matt & Josh's professionalism and great communication with me during the install process. Doug's Repair will be my first call for any HVAC needs in the future!

Our furnace and AC were very old...almost 40 years old. The AC died this summer and we knew the chances of the furnace going out were high. So we got quotes and decided to go with Doug's Repair. They were able to think outside the box in a way that worked well and cut our cost by almost half! We are also excited to see our monthly utility bills drop. Josh and his son were our technicians. They were friendly, polite, and so quiet. It was heartwarming to see a dad teaching and working with his son. It was also nice to go about our day with very little disturbance. They got the old furnace and AC out. Then put the new furnace in. That was a three day job. The new AC has to wait until spring when it is warmer. There are only two critics. One is that the furnace makes a loud noise when it turns off. But that is something we have already gotten used to for the most part. The other is that the exhaust pipes go out to a parking lot where lots of kids play. I can see them putting rocks or other things in the pipe openings. It would be nice to have some sort of screen over the opening so air can flow but stuff can't be put in. Overall, very satisfied with Doug's Repair and it's employees. Will definitely use again. Edit: What I originally thought was a loud noise from the furnace turning off is actually from when someone is using water and turning it off.
