  My furnace was having problems (emitting CO-carbon monoxide) on a cold day in December. Thankfully my detectors alerted to this situation, since the furnace was still running. Doug's quickly sent a repair tech (same day), determined my furnace was dangerous, and shut it down. Worked with Tech to schedule a complete replacement. Tech came the next day, and completed repairs. I was very impressed with the quick service. I had never been a customer, so I was extremely happy to find a company that was responsive & professional. 5 Star service for me. Thank you, Doug's Heating and Air.

  Everyone that works for Doug’s has been very professional and knowledgeable. They have performed well with both the installation of the new furnace and AC and the maintenance of these items. They also installed a new whole house generator. We have been very happy with everything Doug’s has done at our home.
