  I had my home inspected and was informed there was a gas leak. I called at 3pm EST, an assistant answered on second ring. She showed empathy to my situation and urgency to remedy my leak. She was able to send a technician to my home by 4pm. He called me from his cell. His name is Alan. He is Professional, courteous and understood what I was trying to accomplish. He fixed my leak within minutes. I would recommend Dor-Mar to Any and everyone. Thanks again guys!

  We called and had them come out to check our refrigerator it’s been 2 weeks the part has came in and they was suppose to be here Wednesday never called and said they couldn’t make it just never showed up called to find out when they was coming to repair it got sent to the manager and got voicemail no one has called back very poor customer service not professional at all

  Brian was very nice and respectful. He knew what he was doing and did his job in a timely manner. Answered any questions I had and made sure I understood what was happening. Dor-Mar is a great company who knows what they are doing and will help in anyway they can. They came in and set up our new furnace and ac unit within one day of being called. If we have issues they are easy to get a hold of and very responsive! We always recommend them to people who are looking for a new furnace or ac unit! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
