  Dor-Mar was very responsive when I needed a repair, and they now provide routine maintenance on my HVAC system. In my experience, they are honest and don't recommend any unnecessary service. Today's service technician, Stone, was prompt, efficient, polite, and professional. (I also appreciate that he wore a mask while inside my house.) Highly recommended.

  My furnace stopped working and I called this company. My call was taken right away in the middle of the night. I was told someone would be here mid morning. The gentleman called to let me know they were on their way. Once arrived they went straight to work found my issue and fixed it quickly. They were in and out within an hour and had my furnace working properly.

  Allen ( your technician)came out and saved us alot of cold days and nights . We have American Home Shield and they sent a technician out 3 times replacing parts and still not fixed . The last technician said we need a new furnace . My furnace is only 5 years old . I thought he was lying and we decided to pay out of our pocket for a second opinion . Wow he saved us . Come to find out the last technician who said we needed a new furnace purposely switched wires on a pressure switch . Allen quickly found the problem and we now have heat . Please give Allen a fantastic review . He's a trust worthy man and professional.
