  From the receptionist to the technicians that helped us get our heat back on they were fantastic to work with. Professional while still being laid back and easy to talk to. They got the issue fixed in an expedient manner.

  Heat stopped working last night. Called them first thing in the morning, and they were able to get out by the early afternoon. Bruce's diagnostic skills were quick and efficient. Found the problem within a few minutes. Donvernon has helped a few times over the years, and great service everytime. Will always be my first call.

  My central air fan motor went bad. I called a few places and nobody would help, they just wanted to send somebody out. I called Donvernon and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. He stayed on the phone with me and talked me through where to find all the info to get a replacement. Called me back in 20min and had what I needed. The price was a little higher than expected, but it was cheaper than replacing the whole unit, and they helped when nobody else would. They even got the fan blade off the old motor for me which was stuck on and didn't charge for that. If I have anymore problems, or need to replace the unit, this is who I will call.
