Exceptional customer service! The Donovan team was very respectful, showed up on time, and were prepared with everything needed for the job. They kept their work area clean and took extra precautions to ensure the interior of my home was protected from the dirt and debris that's expected when doing a job of this scope. They made sure everything was working as expected before leaving and went through all the questions I had. Highly recommend - they have a customer for life from me!

We called Donovan’s this morning and the technician, Austin Adams, was at our home by 2pm! We had an electric panel issue so Austin had to get some parts and materials but came back around 4:30 to complete the job! It was so nice having it all done on the same day! We will definitely use Donovan’s again and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous. When I called this morning, the phone rep was also very friendly and helpful! Thanks again!

The whole experience was 5 star. Super easy and efficient online appointment scheduling. Was impressed to get text notice of Michael's projected arrival, along with a photo of him. Michael was knowledgeable and efficient and clearly explained the status of our system, fixed the problem (needed Freon) and offered information about what might occur in the future. We purchased the annual maintenance contract as it was a good deal and provides some ongoing maintenance. Thanks for a great service call!
