Stay away. This man, Shaun Slack, charged me $80 per hour when he started driving to my house from his last call in Portageville. I live in Geneseo. He also charged me driving time for him to return home. Mileage at .55 per mile. I never heard of this billing method. What happened to “Service Call”? He was at my house for one hour and a half. My bill was $243.32. My furnace is not fixed. He doesn’t answer his phone and likes to talk down to people. Any questions are responded to with “ call Issac if you don’t like the way I charge”. He also does not know the approximate cost of parts for things he works with every day. He will only set appointments for his convenience, not yours. He likes to go hunting at 4PM so there are no late afternoon or evening appointments. He lies about when the job will be finished and blames the gas company for the furnace problem! Very unprofessional, especially with women. No stars!
