  Although Ronnie the AC guy diagnosed our AC problem last year in August, that the time delay control relay for the blower unit was the reason our blower would not shut off, I had to request the part multiple times. Two visits from him after the part arrived and he never installed it. I was given many alternate excuses as to why my blower unit would not shut off. My favorite was that the unit was not big enough to cool my house, even though the blower stayed on when AC was off on the thermostat that he installed last Aug. Amazingly enough today I had someone else come and install the relay (did not need one special ordered) and now not only does the blower shut off but the AC is able to cool the house to 72 degrees in 88 degree weather. Thanks Ronnie. I have two rental houses I need to have units installed and purchased for. I appreciate knowing I am better off using another service.

  Although the service I received was excellent, I still had an issue with the time scheduled and the time they arrived. I spoke to Don and he worked it out with me. They do excellent work and with my issue resolved I will be calling them in the future if I need a plumber. Thank you Don!
