  Excellent and prompt service. My boiler died last night.. or so we thought. We had two other businesses come out and tell us there was no hope for it and we needed a new one. Thank goodness my husband called Don and his team. They came out ready to work on which short notice on a Friday afternoon. They informed my husband it was just a crack that was a repair they could do today and cost WAAAAAAY less than a new boiler. We are very happy with the service we recieved and very grateful for their honest diagnosis. Very affordable, knowledgeable and personable. Definitely made new life long customers out of us!

  Used Don's for many years to maintain my heating system. Never a problem and always was happy with the service. Till I needed to have heat added to my home. Now all of a sudden it's like the company no longer exists. Called at least 10 times over the past 6 months and have heard nothing back from them. Tried to have my furnace serviced and can't get a call returned. If you are looking for a company that will ignore their long-time customers with no explanation then Don's is definitely the right guys for you. Very disappointing.

  Our furnace was not running. Called at 7:30 am and they were at my door before 10:00 am. Super polite and professional. Great service!
