  Failed to return calls and respond to emails. My mother is 77 and lives alone in the UP and her fireplace on the fritz. She’s been trying to get them to install a new one for months but can’t even get them to come take measurements. Poor business acumen. UPDATE - the owner finally called my mother about two days after I posted this and she will get her fire placed installed by Dec 8th. Better than nothing - but shouldn't have taken this long to at least return a phone call.

  Don Earl responded to all my inquires, whether phone or email, and provided me with my new hot tub according to the original timeline. He was kind and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

  Called to get my fireplace up and running the day of the last ice storm and they came out and had it running within two hours. Our power went out 3 hours later leaving us with only our gas fireplace for heat! Thank you!
