  I was trying to get my water heater replaced and I had a guy come out and give me a quote. It all went downhill from there. Turns out even though he said he was available on Friday, he denied ever saying that. Apparently everything runs though him and I have to go through steps, like a credit check. I wasn't aware of that and he didn't tell me until after the fact. I just want my water heater replaced because I got it replaced in the past with no issues.I always regarded Dominion Energy as having excellent customer service but after Tuesday with this technican I have to second guess that. This guy was disrespectful and didn't care about resolving the issue. I am now trying to get a plumber to have my water heater replaced because this technican isn't interested in helping me. He said he would try to get an earlier appointment but never called me back. This guy is an absolute joke. I have never encountered pathetic customer service as this. I surely was hoping that there was someone else who would be able to help me resolve this but I was told he does everything like the schedule,etc. I talked to some other lady and she was just as rude as he was. I did talk to a couple of other representative and they were very nice and they said they would contact him to see what was going on. No one has called me after that and that was Tuesday.
