  The installers came in at 8 and stayed until the job was done. They were very helpful and patient with my family being here. We had to have a technician come out the next day and adjust the fan speed. Tom was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so we could understand it. Will be using Dole for future HVAC for sure!

  I received 6-7 different quotes from installers in my area. Dole’s quote was the most reasonable, and came 2k lower than the others for the same system setup. Their customer service from the original estimate visit to schedule, setup, and final follow thru, it was amazing. They answer all my questions and trust me, I asked a lot. They also educated us about features and recommendations and how our system works. All the techs were very professional and fast to respond to my calls and very willing to fix any mistake. I highly recommend them

  Justin, our tech, was incredible. He came two days before Christmas. When the problem looked like it couldn't be fixed for a few days, he brought us space heaters to hold us over the holidays. After he had left, when he got word that work could proceed, he came back. He could have just said "forget it." We were the last call of the day. He'd already spent hours on the heater. The company Christmas party had already started. He didn't. He came back. And spent another few hours working on our heater to make sure we'd be set for the holidays. He was professional, and courteous, but also kind. I appreciate the heck out of him, and Dole. Thank you Justin, and Dole.
