  Very happy with the service I received from Dodson. They returned my voice mail in 10-15 minutes and were able to fit me in same day. The techs that came out were very nice and had me back up an running in an hour. They saved us from the worst fate imaginable, a summer day in Oklahoma with no air conditioning. I will definitely use again.

  Very fast service. I called on Sunday morning, left a voice mail and was contacted back within 3 minutes. He came out and looked at everything within a couple of hours. He explained all of my options. Very polite. He worked with me to schedule a good time to replace all the parts. He came out in the middle of the day, working in the sun (in 95 degree temperature) and had everything fixed within an hour. Highly recommend.
