  Mrs. Neighbors, I am sorry that I was unable to redo your invoice the moment that you demanded. When you contacted my office you requested an estimate to replace your ductwork. After I arrived you advised that you were in the process of filing an insurance claim due to water damage, and really needed an inspection report for your adjustors. I completed this report for free, and you pick it up the next day. Also while I was there you requested I fix a plumbing issue (the problem that caused the water damage). After I fixed the leak, I provided you with an invoice that you signed prior to my departure. As I advised over the phone, when I am in the office, I will redo the invoice that you lost. As far as the estimate, as I stated in person, I will only provide an estimate, or in this case an inspection letter, for things that I professionally see fit to replace, or in need of repair. As a licensed mechanical contractor, I hold my inspection reports and/or estimates to a high standard, and will not be bullied into adding issues that I do not see fit.

  Dockery's recently came out to our house to check the air unit. Thankfully it ended up being the capacitor in our AC unit. The guy who came out did a great job. We were VERY pleased with the work he done. He checked the unit and said he had to run and get the part and would be right back. The job was done in a very timely manner and the price was exceptional. I would highly recommend these guys. They do great work for a great price and in a timely manner!
