  My refrigerator was giving hard time. I have called several companies to get it fix, but all we’re giving very high estimate, till I got hold DMV Appliances Repair. The tech guy was very friendly and honest, explained everything to me and gave me very reasonable estimate. The job was done quick and efficient. Highly recommended them for any appliances repairs.

  CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! This company came into my home for Home Warranty repair on a dishwasher. From the second the technician arrived, they attempted to ask for more money ($70) for maintenance claiming that the unit was full of bones and glass. I said this is due to a broken part, not maintenance (the unit is over 10 years old, things burn out!). The technician said "No, its NOT due to a broken part, I do this everyday". I said Ok and 10 minutes later, he says "I need to order a new part", the motor is not working. All he could show me was a tiny piece of glass and a dime sized piece of plastic which he said was bone. I said you are not clear, first you said maintenance and now you say it's a broken part. I just want the part replaced and no maintenance. He said Ok and walked out. TWO WEEKS GO BY and I hear nothing, I called 3x to get a hold of someone and they said they would call me back. Fast forward to today and the company via text says we have COMPLETED THE JOB and to contact your home warranty. This company is PREDATORY and will not try and find a solution for you. They will just try and close the job as quickly as possible and blame it on maintenance so that they can get paid and so the customer is left with a still broken appliance and no option to go through their Home Warranty. Horrible experience!!
