We have nothing but good things to say about DMH Services. They are honest and reputable. They were able to get our cooling up in the summer and our heating up in the winter for a very reasonable price. We are thankful to have them right here in our community.

We have a Trane AC unit on the house we are renting. This company has a long relationship with our landlord. I offered to inspect the capacitor as the Fan was just not coming on. I was told to let them handle it, though the landlord did trust my abilities to handle this. Being an IT guy who used to be a Jet Engine Mechanic, I have a bit of experience with electrical issues and motors. But I decided to let the "Pro's" handle it. In the mean time, I had a large stage fan (higher power than most walmart fans) sitting on the AC unit and it was able to keep the house cooled to 71 at night and 73 during the day without the AC unit running 100% of the time. They came a day after expected. We had contacted them Friday/Saturday of Memorial day weekend and they arrived on Wednesday. No big deal since the house was kept comfortable. They determined the fan motor was dead, but even though they had the model number (as they had serviced and installed it) didn't decide to order it ahead of time. OK, fair enough, can't expect them to keep parts readily available 100% of the time. So they disabled the AC while there, but didn't feel the need to let us know the house is going to be a sauna. The part is "on order" but they don't know when it is going to arrive. Once again, no need to inform the residents who are now forced to deal with the heat about an approximate time of coming back. When I called to find out what was going on, I was informed that it was for the "Safety of the Machine" that it was turned off. So with it working for 5 days with a hot weekend, it was now suddenly more important that the aged A/C unit was kept safe than the health of the residents. And this was completely acceptable to them, and did not warrant any notification to the residents. Now we have another hot and muggy weekend and no end in sight of when we might get A/C again. --Update: Now it is one week from the day they showed up, and still no update from them on when the part might get in. I have personally called Trane and confirmed they have a fan motor in stock, but it is on the business side. Capacitors have been easily available.

The best service ever! They show up when they say they will, fast and honest. If there are options they will tell you. If you need any HVAC work they are the only ones to call.
