  Our AC was not cooling very well and recently it started to make high pitch noise. We called Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning and Rafael responded quickly. He visited us the first day and the second day he got the parts and came to do the repair. He replaced the motor and replenished the refrigerant. The AC is running smoothly now and it cools very well! Rafael is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He explains things clearly and he really cares about customers. I highly recommend him.

  I have exclusively used Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my heating and plumbing needs. Great service, fantastic workmanship and always a fair and compete experience price. I have even received invoices below the quotes. You only get billed for the actual time and parts. Very refreshing experience especially in this town dealing with other services!!

  They were able to get to us a day earlier than we thought. We had already waited a few days for another company to get back to us on what we needed. It is summer and I have 2 young children, my husband works outside all day and my grandmother lives with us. We needed the air conditioner fixed quickly. They came out, checked things other people hadn't and even gave recommendations for things that may help this super old air conditioner work even better. Very impressed and grateful for them!
