  I’ve been very happy being a Dixie Cares plan customer. Today Kyle came and spent a couple hours chasing down leaks in the AC line set & saved me a great deal of money by not replacing the evaporator coil (there was no charge for todays service call). Such honesty & conscientious service is greatly appreciated. I recommend Dixie to all my friends. Most people think their service is more expensive but savings will be had by receiving proper diagnosis. It’s nice to find a technician and provider who is reliable, professional, and trustworthy.

  Kenny and Jason came to my house today for my annual A/C system maintenance. The service was preformed professionally, knowledgeably and in a timely manner. I appreciate Kenny and Dixie Electric for my peace of mind in looking after my system. Dixie Electric thank you for sending Kenny to my home and for hiring & retaining excellent employees!!!

  Speedy and efficient service! Our house power went off at 6:30pm (barn still had power) called at 6:32pm and a technician was in my driveway at 7:15pm. By 7:45pm power had been restored. Certainly will use them again if we have any future issues.
