  Lisa the customer service rep not only knew what she was talking about but also cared for you the client. I called atleast 20 plumbers and no one even compared to Diversified. Jerome came by same day to replace our water heater. He was knowledgeable and did and excellent job. 10/10 would recommend all day!

  Excellent company! I would highy recommend them. I was nervous about having to choose a plumber I could trust and went with Diversified based on other reviews. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

  Matt came out to help find a leak. He did some testing, but couldn't find a likely source, so he worked with me to find the least obtrusive access and used his camera to locate the culprit. He was able to identify and fix the leak. Afterward he cleaned up the area. Very thorough and professional service. I would highly recommend.
