They service our HVAC yearly and I wanted to share how much we appreciate their professionalism. Paul just did another annual service and took his time to address every question.   HOW AMERICAN SERVICE SHOULD BE. Chase, Paul and Aden got right to work and efficiently corrected the mess caused by another company (who was originally sent by our home warranty). Chase has excellent communication skills. He updated us every step of the way, per our request. Pam at the office is very friendly and helpful. Trust is earned through quality, transparent work and thorough communication. Excellent team here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Good help is hard to find especially nowadays.

  These guys are professional, fast and honest. Robby came out and without trying to upsell me, we discussed different options and in less than 2 weeks, a split system unit was installed and my house was nice and cool! If you are in the area and looking to have a A/C, heater or swamp cooler maintained or installed, look no further...you wont do better than Diversified!
