  Needed to upgrade both heating and air conditioning. Diversified placed order for our new units and had them installed in less than 2 weeks. They were very knowledgeable and professional in doing their job. I would definitely recommend them.

  Educated me about my system, very polite, treated my home with respect, great around the pets, affordable. Pictures are of my unit before it was serviced. I have an old unit and he didn't try to talk me into a new one. Very pleased.

  We recently moved back to the area to a house we have owned for 15 years. This house still had the original furnace (59 years old) and no A/C. We moved in first week of August and Bill, Matt and the guys worked hard to get us A/C as soon as possible. They replaced and disposed of that old beast of a furnace. They were great ... very polite, professional and kept us informed each step of the way and cleaned up when they were finished. Affordable, responsive, reliable ... good guys. And they were great with our skittish (previously abused) dog! Thanks guys!
