  I can't express enough words for Charles and his company . Professional and courtesy . The service is beyond exceptional. He took the extra step and resolved the issue. We've had called several other companies in the past hoping that the issue would be corrected we kinda gave up till today.We were expecting to have to get a new unit but praise God it was the fuse..And Discount Heating & Cooling lives up to their name on prices ..I would highly recommend them !!!

  I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!!!!! I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED ON THREE SEEPRATE ACCOUNTS AND A SERVICE TECH NEVER REACHED OUT TOO ME WITH IN THREE DAYS!!!!

  The guy who came to fix my unit was very nice on time and didn't even charge me for looking at it.. so much better than the guy from Dale's heating and air who actually took my part with him. I'm so glad I called this company. Soon as I can get the money it will be these people I get to do the work for sure. Thankyou so much
