  Dirty work was very Professional. Their technical was punctual, and easy to talk to. He diagnosed my problem quickly and safely. I was comfortable with him in my house, he followed the masking protocols even though it was hot and dirty work, hence the name haha. I have recommended them to my friends and family, the woman I spoke with on the phone was personable and professional.

  The owner has a horrible attitude towards customer service. Lied to me about being able to return a very expensive fireplace screen then when I did return it he kept 70% of my money. Had a full fireplace installed in my new home and then had a drafting problem and he would not stand by his work and offered zero warranty. Buyer be ware of this business..

  Wish there was an option for 0 stars. The WORST service I have ever had with any company. Ever. I am not one to take time to post about poor customer service, but this was a shockingly offensive interaction. I called to verify the technician was coming to perform a scheduled inspection and the owner said he "probably would." This was a critical time-sensitive inspection, so I asked him if he would please check with the tech directly to verify the appointment. His response? "I don't want to." I explained how important this was, he said "I'm not going to bother. I don't care how important this is to you." He actually said that, I'm still shocked. Ultimately he canceled the appointment without asking & refused to reinstate it. Do not ever use this company.
