  I'm not a big review writer, but I have been so pleased to have found this company. They are professional, show up when they say, do the work, clean up, and happen to be pretty nice people as well. They have always explained options to me and never pressured me on what decision to make. I highly recommend this company.

  I highly recommend Marcus and his team at Direct Air. After finding a natural gas leak on a weekend and having ONG cut off the gas to my home, Direct Air was there first thing the following Monday morning to make the repairs that were needed to get ONG to turn the gas back on. They were even more wonderful in helping me deal with ONG after the work was completed. The ONG rep commented on the great job that they had done.

  HUGE!! rip off. They replaced pressure switch on my furnace, charged $419. Later found out part was $50..I understand labor and travel costs but profiting 5 times the value of the part. Simply ridiculous. Avoid!!

  I apologize that you did not have a great experience with us. Our goal is to make everyone happy and comfortable. Labor and travel cost are not the only overhead that service providers have. There is alot that goes into pricing and to be fair we gave you the option of replacing it or you doing it yourself and you agreed to have us do it. You knew the price before we started on the repair and you also signed for it when we completed the work. I dont think this review is fair because we did everything to ensure that you had all the information you needed. If you would like a refund then give us a call and we can talk about what we can do for you.
