  Had new furnace installed a while back in home we're remodeling. It shut off three different times. The house was vacant and no heat this time of year is not good. I explained to Jesse the service manager the importance of getting this repaired. They sent out and excellent young man I think his name is Zac and he found the factory settings were not correct. He corrected it and it has been working for the past week. The tech clearly cared for the customer.

  My oil furnace was not working after hours and I have a 1 year old in my home. I called DiPaola and received a call from a technician within an hour for emergency service. They were at my home within an hour after that, serviced my boiler and had it working within half an hour. Down to earth dudes and the charge for service wasn't near what I expected it to be. I will definitely trust them in the future for any work I need to have on my furnace or central air. I definitely recommend them to anyone in their service area.

  Most recently fixed a pressure switch in our garage heater but have used them multiple times in the past including the installation of a radiant floor heating system/on demand water heater. Great work and great people, definitely recommend!
