I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Luke was very friendly and informative. He took the time to show me what he was talking about and explained everything thoroughly. The woman I spoke with at the office was super helpful and friendly as well. Great personality and just the most sunny disposition. They are both valuable assets to the company and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. I can't say enough about them. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Couldn't be happier with the customer service level. Thanks guys.

I have not had my system installed yet so I may have to update this review if they don't meet the high standards that their estimate guru Dylan set. I was in the market for a new a/c and possibly furnace. It wasn't an immediate need, but wanted to take care of it before summer hit again. I had appointments set up with four other companies. Two showed of the other four showed up. One actually gave me an estimate in a timely fashion (it was reasonable and pretty fair). I chose Dilling because I felt they were the best fit. Their quote was the best, but I value timeliness and professionalism far more than price. If you are looking for HVAC service. Get estimates, but please don't overlook these guys.

Although the issue was intermittent - he troubleshooted to determine if there were any faults throughout the system.

And importantly - Dilling was able to schedule an appointment later in the day when I called. (no heat situation)

We live very close to this business location, so I checked reviews for them first before looking elsewhere and I'm so glad I chose them.

Given my experience with the business, the reviews online are all to be relied upon safely.

My heat went out yesterday evening (1/3), but I wanted to avoid any "emergency" fees added on, but I wish I had called regardless.

They were polite, prompt, and courteous every step of the way. Jessica handles the office phone well and the technician we had to the house, Owen, was efficient, respectful, wore boot covers, and provide plenty of options, ensuring we understood the work, what was wrong, and how most everything he noted was optional instead of critical to getting the system back online.

They have my business moving forward, without exception.

Greg and his team are awesome. :) I am a first-time homeowner and not a little bit out of my depth during a remodel. In short, I needed to reroute a soffit to accomplish what I wanted done; Greg was upfront with me  and kept me involved while he and his colleague came up with some solutions. They were on time, professional, clean, friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

My technician, Luke, did a complete diagnostic on my heat pump and assured me that it was, in fact, in good working order. I had been told by another company that it needed to be replaced. While the unit is nearing its probable end, it has not by any means bitten the dust.

I recently used the Plumbing Services at Dilling Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in Bensalem, PA. The services were exceptional and first rate. Dilling service was prompt and the plumbing technician Mike diagnosed and fixed the problem and fully explained the issues. He treated the issue and work like it was his own house and made sure the issue was addressed. He further guaranteed all the work and labor. I will be using Dilling Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in the future!

Jonathon was wonderful.  He let me know what I will need to replace and a ball park estimate. He wasn't pushy at all and help me understand my system. This is my first house purchase and he made me feel comfortable in making the right decisions going forward. I will be using them in the near future.

We just got a new mini split ductless system in the garage. Chris and Wes came yesterday to do the interview estimate and David came to clear up a question we had. Allen, Josh, and Ty just completed the installation and we are overjoyed. Now we can work out in the garage without worrying about getting overheated or using the temperature as an excuse to not work out at all. Thank you guys!🤗

My technician was Mike Horton. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He arrived very quickly upon calling for an appointment and was quick and direct with his work.  I could tell based on his presentation that he was trustworthy and carried himself with integrity in his profession.  I was blessed to have him able to come out so quickly and give me his professional opinion for my HVAC system needs and liked how he listened to my previous experiences to help me better understand the importance of my HVAC system and the roles each component plays in an effective and efficient system. He was able to point me in the right direction to get back up and rolling.  A++
