  Stove went out while cooking dinner. I diagnosed it and went online for parts but they were one to two weeks out. I called the service center and was able to pick up the parts immediately. Very helpful and straightforward people. Will definitely use them again

  The guy behind the counter was beyond helpful! Our furnace went out when the temp outside was going to get well below freezing! He helped me get the right part after a different service company tried to rip us off in our time of need for $3,800!! $109 and about an hour of work later and we got our furnace up and running! Thank you! Our home is nice and toasty!

  When I called I was told they had serviced my kitchen equipment before . When the tech showed up after being there for 25 min told me that had He had no experience working on my oven or dishwasher. So I was charged for a guy to come out to tell me they will have to send someone else. Only plus is they did fit in that same week I called
