  Robert has taken care of a lot of maintenance for us over the years. He has always been informative about any issues and how best to fix them. He won't cut corners in the quality if work and won't cheat you.

  Didn't show up to appointment and didn't even call. Call the next day and asked about, he was like yeah I know I was busy and I can't do it today either so find someone else.
