  I was a annual customer of these folks for 3 yrs. In which they did my annual inspection and service of my 3 hvac units at my home. I was impressed with how they did business and thats what kept them in business with me. However in January 2022 I contacted them about getting 4 feet of duct added and an additional register to my finished garage. A gentleman showed up, assessed the job and said we can definitely do it and they would give me an estimate. After multiple messages I was told they had to wait for the materials to come in. 3 weeks went by and I followed up by voicemail, text message and instant message. Nobody returned my correspondence, however they did receive and read my messages. No professional courtesy to return my correspondence, so I will take my business elsewhere. Not a reliable business and do not recommend!!!!!

  Someone came out at the beginning of February letting me know that a part needed to be replaced on our unit and that they'd have to order the part and get approval from the home warranty company. That's been over a month ago. I've called and left messages and the warranty company has called and gotten no answer as well. Disappointed with the lack of communication and customer care.

  Since posting the original review below we have installed a split unit in our owners quarters ... Dewpoint did AN AMAZING job helping us to choose which unit best fit our needs (no upsetting or overselling!) smooth installations AND we enjoyed A/C through out the summer but now switched to heat with the chilly mornings to delightful warmth, quiet heating and just the perfect unit selection for our needs...Thanks Kevin and Crew!! <3 * We have utilized Dewpoint Heating and Cooling for over 12 years personally and 5 years commercially! Enjoying fabulous customer service and care with annual maintenance checks, past repairs and new installations. They have provided 3 new units to our Inn as we upgraded old inefficient existing heat/air and added a split unit for our owners quarters. Dewpoint provides excellent options for all your homes needs, quality products and very fair pricing, never trying to upsize or oversell what our square footage needs, providing energy efficient units that fit the bill in every way! We have referred the company to numerous friends and family ALLLL have been exceedingly happy with the professionalism and knowledge of staff. We even requested a high efficiency HEPA system installed on our units ensuring allergy and bacteria reduced air is enjoyed at our establishment. Obviously we are huge fans and rest assured....you will be too!
