  I’m not one for reviews but this company and their service technician Jonathan Hollford truly impressed me. When I came home from work to find the heat was not working. It was 30 degrees outside and expected to get lower. I called Destiny’s heat since it said they were 24 hour service. I thought I would get a call center, I was surprised that an actual technician picked up and said he was close by and would be here in 20-30 minutes. 15 minutes later he was here, about 20 minutes later we had heat again. Highly recommend. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything he did very well. Took great care of us! Will definitely use their service again.

  Air conditioner went out on a weekend so I went down the list and called a total of 6 HVAC companies in Texoma for help. Destiny's Air was the first to offer to come out late on a Saturday. I am so thankful for Jonathon making time in his schedule to ensure my family had a comfortable place to sleep that night. Destiny's Heating and Air in Sherman, TX is our new go-to for AC repair, AC maintenance, and HVAC maintenance, as well as any installation we may need in the future. Highly recommended.

  Two weeks of appointments not showed up to without any notice or call back or anything. Halfway completed job and was 2 days late to the first appointment and about 6 hours late the first day. We had to get a part ordered and after that they never showed up to following appointments. The phone number on the website does not get answered and the owner is not helpful either, making appointments then no follow up or response or anything.
