  After obtaining several estimates, we chose Design Systems Technology to replace our 19+ year old gas furnace & central air conditioner. Jim & Michelle were a pleasure to work with and did not use sales gimmicks or scare tactics to earn our business. They did a FANTASTIC job on our installation and even replaced an undersized breaker & electrical line to the AC unit, which other companies overlooked. The performance, efficiency, and build quality of our new Comfortmaker system are truly impressive and we're looking forward to many years of trouble-free operation. (DST's Precision System Tuneups are also outstanding.) Exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and impeccable workmanship are the reasons why I recommend Design Systems Technology to family and friends!

  We have used Design Systems Technology for 15+ years and wouldn't trust anyone else with our biggest investment - our home! Over the years, they have done a variety of heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing projects for us, and we have always found them to be professional, reliable people of great integrity! We just had our central air conditioner replaced, and the products they sell are the highest of quality! We have referred them to family and friends who have also been 100% satisfied with their services! They are truly a 5-star company, and we highly recommend them!

  I did a quick google search and was lucky to find Design Systems. we were approaching the “arctic vortex” of 2019 and had intermittent heat. With a little lecture about preventative maintenance and a thorough cleaning the furnace was working like a champ. Jim and his company are at the top of my list of home maintenance companies.
