  Very nice and friendly receiving staff. He did advise me ahead of time that it was going to take a long time to unload. I was fine with it as I was able to get some needed sleep and the parking lot and area was very quiet. Adequate room to move around. Full 53' trailer stacked on pallets and 3 hours to unload.

  Limited overnight parking, about 2 hours to unload 100 pcs, brought paperwork out to the truck, enough space to back in to docks
