Wayne did a great job installing our new furnace and A/C. Their prices were unbeatable. Our house has never been cooler. The new system is amazingly quiet and I love that I can control everything from my iPhone. I would not hesitate to use Desert Star again and highly recommend them.

Desert Star exceeded my expectations! I knew my furnaces were not functioning well. My house was constantly dusty, my gas bill was high and the furnaces kept turning on over and over again. I called Desert Star and got an appointment quickly. The HVAC technician showed up on time! He was professional (not sketchy at all) and put me at ease. He cleaned and tuned up the entire system. I was amazed (and grossed out) by all the dust and grime that came out. No wonder I was constantly dusting! The price quoted was exactly what I paid. No surprises. Now my system is running like a charm. In a sea of the unreliable, this company is a Star!

Desert Star Heating and Air have always gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. Since finding out about them and working directly with them to resolve my HVAC problems they have consistently delivered me honest evaluations and bids and have been willing to listen to my concerns. If work needs to be done they tell me, if it doesn't need to be done YET, they don't do it. Cheers to Wayne and Brent for taking it to the next level of Awesomeness!
